Buying Limited Edition Canvas Art
Buying limited edition canvas art is just an all around good decision whenever you make the decision to purchase a piece. Whether you are just beginning your collection or adding to it, limited edition is the way to go.
Limited edition means that the image is only printed so many times and is only available on the market for either a certain amount of time or until that image has sold the predetermined number of pieces. Once those two things have expired, that canvas art is no longer available for sale to the general public.
Once you have purchased a limited edition piece of wall art, you have purchased an investment. If you or anyone else decides later down the road to purchase that image, you will have to go to someone who is in possession of what you want and try to purchase it from them. We all know what usually happens. If you want that piece, you are going to have to pay for it.
Limited editions are of the utmost quality when it comes to the canvas, inks and sealant used to produce them. They are a piece of artwork that is meant to last forever and be admired for many years after you have purchased and placed them on display in your home or business. They are the best of the best for a good reason, they are limited editions.
The smaller the number of pieces available the better the investment. A piece that is limited to 1,000 is obviously going to be easier to acquire after they are all sold than a piece that is limited to 100. That is why it is also important to see exactly how many pieces there are in that particular image before purchasing if you are looking at limited editions as an investment.
Of course you should also consider how much you like the piece. It is much easier to be excited about a purchase when you are in love with the image. With all of the limited edition choices at your fingertips, this really shouldn't be hard to accomplish.

What Happened to the Assassins Creed 2 Limited Edition?
I wanted to get the Assassin's Creed 2 Limited Edition, because it had a few extra in-game maps (which I know nothing about) but when I went to www.gamestop.com, it was gone. I checked amazon, target, best buy... It's completely gone. Where did it go? I see white and black editions, but those are only in the UK. Did they sell out, and is there no way to get one? I think it is now called the "Master Assassin's edition," if it's still out.
it was only available through gamestop, and you had to pre order it. The pre order for the master's edition stopped a week or 2 ago. So the only way to get it is via ebay or hope someone at your local gamestops canceled their preorder.
