How long did it take you to read The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley?
The first time, about a week and a half. I don't think I read the book as much as I was absorbed into it. In fact, the women sitting around with their spinning and weaving got me curious, and I learned to weave on a floor loom that year. All because the book inspired me.
This is one of my all-time favorite books and I recommend it to everyone I can. But not the tv miniseries. There are no words for how awful the miniseries was.
